A small series of 6X8 reductive monoprints. A 5X7 plexiglass plate was fully inked up, toothpicks and q-tips were used to remove the ink to create the image, and then was printed using a wooden spoon as a burnisher. I seem to be always drawn to the figure, and a certain level of spontaneity was used making these prints. Some are definitely stronger than others.
A series of prints and monoprints that represents the needs of humans to interact, percieve, make decisions and explore. The big foreheads seen on the characters brings attention to the frontal lobe, and how it helps with making decisions, choosing between right and wrong and motivation.
